RE: BUSINESS COMBINATION BETWEEN ARM PENSION MANAGERS (PFA) LTD AND FIRST ALLIANCE PENSION AND BENEFITS LTD.
Subsequent to the final integration of First Alliance into ARM Pension Managers and in compliance with PenCom regulatory requirement, please be informed that the Custodian to our enlarged Retirement Savings Accounts Fund will now be UBA Pension Custodian Limited.
This implies that all pension remittances will be made through UBA Bank branches with effect from 01 December 2010 and all contribution cheques must now be issued in favour of UBA Pensions Custodian/ARM Pension Contribution. To ease the transition process, we have included a customized UBA Bank teller which can be used immediately. Please note that when payments are being made, the Employer name must be written in the section requiring ‘name of depositor’ on the teller.
Details of the account to which remittances will be made at any UBA branch, which is also stated on the customized tellers are provided below
All contributions must be accompanied with hard and soft copies of the remittance schedule. Samples of requested schedules are attached. The hard copies should be taken to the UBA Branch where the remittance is to be made, while the soft copy should be emailed to CLOAKING and CLOAKING
